Buckets of Love
Dear FCC,
I'm grateful for all the money that has been collected so far for Haiti! I don't have the official total, but I believe it is over $1400! You can still give to Haiti, but I wanted to let you know about a new effort that we are going to participate in called Buckets of Hope. Through this effort, you can be a part of packing a bucket of food for a family in Haiti. Here is a description of the project:
You can also watch a video that tells you how to pack your bucket. The project requires that we buy specific things and pack them just so...here's the video if you have a few minutes to watch it.
The buckets need to be to church by March 7 which will be a missions emphasis. Rolando and Alexandra from El Salvador will be here and we hope to skype with the Benesh family during the service. It will be a fun day!
We will have handouts with this same information at church.
